What is your ministry?
As lead pastor, I provide spiritual leadership to the congregation.
What do you hope to gain from participating?
I would like to establish new spiritual relationships with other church leaders to benefit from their insight and guidance, so I can grow in my personal devotional and prayer life.
What is your leadership role?
As the lead pastor, I am in charge of casting the vision and overseeing the implementation of the vision, core values, and the strategic plan for the church. I lead preaching and teaching ministries of the church. I also work to train and empower lay leadership, building relationships and partnerships with other church leaders in the community.
