What is your ministry?
My passion is to be a witness to Jesus in my field of study.
What do you hope to gain from participating?
I want to grow in honouring God through my scholarship in pursuit of truth, to serve my students and colleagues sacrificially, to lead some of them to faith and help others come closer to Jesus, and to be a voice for Jesus within the academic community.
What is your leadership role?
I am a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Cambridge. I am part of a three year project funded by the British Arts and Humanities Research Council and the Deutsche Forschungsgemenischaft. The project investigates the rise of different punctuation systems in the Middle East and primarily focuses on the systems used in Syriac and Hebrew Bible and the Arabic Quran. I am responsible for the Syriac part of the project and also the management of the British side of the project.
