What is your ministry?
As the National Director of the Navigators in Ghana, I disciple and mentor senior high school students, university students, recent university graduates, and national team members. I also mentor and train emerging leaders, cast vision, and engage in team building.
What do you hope to gain from participating?
As I lead the Navigators ministry, I want to be in an environment where I can learn from other godly leaders around the world. I would like to develop my ability to lead a team with a clear sense of direction. I would also like to improve on how I facilitate meetings along with my presentation skills. Finally, I would like to learn how to lead a Christian organisation into new territories.
The European Leadership Team has a strong and focused team of matured disciples with many years of experience in discipline people from different backgrounds. My goal for applying for this initiative is to avail myself to learn from these mature and Godly men and women. I know I will have the opportunity to meet other experienced disciple-makers from whom I can learn. I hope to gain a better understanding of how to develop a curriculum and its content for discipleship training.
Am looking forward to learning about how to build a disciple-making culture among members of a Missions organization.
What is your leadership role?
I am currently the National Director of the Navigators in Ghana; I took over this new role in July 2019. Previously I led the community discipleship group of the Navigators, led Scripture Union patrons, and was a student mentorship programme leader. I was also a National Training Coordinator, the Navigators National Missions Coordinator for the Ashanti region, and was an area ministry director and national leadership team member.
