What is your ministry?
I organise community projects that benefit the local population while engaging them for the Gospel.
What do you hope to gain from participating?
I want to learn how to make my organisation more productive, developing new relationships, and profesional development. I also hope to learn how to use diagnostic tools and how to engage and influence people.
What is your leadership role?
I am the Project Director for my organisation. I am involved in the planning and execution of projects, and I also carry out surveys and meet with local partners to ensure that the mission of the project is achieved.
