What is your ministry?

I lead a church plant in Gothenburg and I am also responsible for church planting for the Swedish Evangelical Mission. Primarily I spend time training, coaching, and supervising local church planters. Apart from that, I help other denominations, organisations, and individuals with their disciple-making and church planting in different parts of Europe and the Middle east. Historically I travel to train and disciple others but in this current climate, we have adjusted to doing it online and therefore we have been able to help people from South America, Africa, and Far East Asia.

What do you hope to gain from participating?

I’m eager to see how to focus on discipleship training in order to grow as individuals and in numbers. I’ve read and talked a lot regarding this in the last years and understand that I need to learn much more in order to be able to make this the primary purpose of my ministry. That’s why I’m longing for this training!

What is your ministry?

Locally, I’m one of three in our leadership team. Nationally, I’m the only one working with church planting in my denomination therefore my responsibilities are very wide. Internationally, my work is divided mainly into three areas: working with Lutheran churches and denominations in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, working with a Norwegian colleague in Armenia and Georgia with mainly Kurdish church leaders, and offering training weekends for young adults in different European cities.
