What is your ministry?
I am a fellow and a member of the research council of the Clapham Institute, Sweden. My ministry there is to build up a research institute, bringing faith and science in harmony, something like the Acton Institute has done on economic personalism.
What do you hope to gain from participating?
I would like to learn more about model thinking on Bible texts, Epistemology on the application of the Bible on human evolution, Virtue ethics, and Artificial Intelligence.
What is your leadership role?
I am an Associate Professor of Economics, focusing on evolutionary economics, studying formation of norms and emergence of monetary arrangements, and the economy as a complex, evolving system. In 2018, I published my book, The History of Money and Monetary Arrangements: Insights from the Baltic and North Seas Region with Routledge. Now, I am working on virtues of alternative monetary arrangements from bills of exchange to cryptocurrencies, addressing market virtues, private monies, and stewardship.
