What is your ministry?
I serve with a dynamic team to help people live with eternity in view, maximize the finished work of the Lord Jesus Christ, and to raise others up to do the same. At Eternity Ministries, we use several strategies to bring eternity and eternal values to the hearts of God’s people and to help bring in the global harvest. We are convinced that the loss of the eternal perspective is a major cause of the diverted focus hindering the accomplishment of God’s purposes. Our final driving conviction is that we have neither the time nor resources to accomplish the foregoing all by ourselves and must thus multiply the doers of the work. The preceding finds expression in disciple-making through small groups, missional engagement, training leaders, and truth multiplication through publications and online and media ministry.
What do you hope to gain from participating?
I hope to gain better organizational leadership skills. I need to be better equipped to develop the systems, structures, and substructures that undergird a God-given vision to ensure it is maximized. My leadership ability must not put a cap on the potential of the vision. This is a major driver for my quest for personal development and capacity building.
What is your leadership role?
I serve as General Coordinator for Eternity Ministries, and International Director for Truth Institute, the ministry’s training arm. I am responsible, under God and our Board of Trustees, to provide leadership to our global team in the pursuit of the vision. Other responsibilities include casting vision, teaching, preaching, leadership development, writing, curriculum development, and ensuring financial accountability to the Lord, our Board, and our partners. As International Director of Truth Institute, I lead our effort at multiplying laborers for the harvest through our School of Divine Priorities (SODIP) training currently taking place in East Africa and Nigeria.
Why should someone invest in your ministry?
I need help in building systems and structures, planning, execution, team building, and maximizing God-given vision.
